Starting February 1, we’re doing a full month of self-love: one simple action per day.
But this is not just “self-care.” This challenge is designed to strengthen the version of you you’re most proud of—and also help you meet the version of you you’re still getting to know, like it’s the first time.
You’ll be building trust with yourself in real time.
Here’s how it works:
- One Challenge of the Day
- Little to no cost
- All you need is enough time to complete the daily task and your proof (a quick post, photo, screenshot, or short check-in)
Small actions done daily create big results. And by the end of February, you won’t just feel better, you’ll feel more like you.
