The Four Agreements Through the Lens of Self-Worth
At Intuitive Insight by Tiffany, one of the most powerful teachings I return to, both spiritually and psychologically, is The Four Agreements. These principles are simple, but they can completely shift the way we move through life, relationships, business, and healing. 1. Be impeccable with your word. Your words carry energy, vibration, and intention. The way you speak to yourself matters just as much as the way you speak to others. Stop cursing your own path with thoughts like “I’m not enough,” “I always fail,” or “nothing ever works out for me.” Speak life over yourself. Speak truth. Speak with integrity. Your voice is a form of manifestation. 2. Don’t take anything personally. What others say, do, project, or withhold is often a reflection of their own wounds, fears, and inner world. Someone’s inability to see your value does not reduce your worth. Rejection is not always a statement about you; often, it is a mirror of where they are in their own journey. 3. Don’t make assumptions. Assumptions create stories that are not rooted in truth. We fill in the blanks with fear, insecurity, and past pain. Instead of assuming, ask. Instead of spiraling, seek clarity. Peace grows where communication and truth are present. 4. Always do your best. Your best will not look the same every day. Some days your best is building your empire, showing up for your purpose, and moving mountains. Other days your best is resting, healing, and simply making it through the day. Both are valid. Both are enough. At Intuitive Insight by Tiffany, I believe healing begins when we align our thoughts, words, and actions with our highest self. The Four Agreements are not just principles; they are a daily spiritual practice for self-worth, discernment, and inner peace. Choose truth. Choose clarity. Choose yourself.— Intuitive Insight by Tiffany
