And now the REAL work begins.
What you built here is a foundation. Not the finished house. The foundation. And foundations are only valuable if you keep building on them.
So let's talk about what comes next...but first, let's go back to the beginning.
Most people try to change their life by changing their goals. They set intentions, rely on motivation, push through on willpower and then watch it slowly fizzle out because none of that touches the level where change actually happens..
What this challenge did was different. It did not ask you to become someone new. It changed what your system repeatedly experiences as normal.
Three things happened simultaneously over the last four weeks. Your old identity lost dominance. A new identity gained coherence. And your behavior began to reorganize as a byproduct of that. Not through discipline, not through goal setting, but through immersion. Through the daily signals, the rituals, the declarations, the reflections, the pauses, the small aligned choices made again and again until they stopped feeling like choices and started feeling like just who you are.
Week one weakened the old reference point.
Week two defined the new one.
Week three put it into your body.
Week four stabilized it as your new baseline.
And now that baseline is yours.
You've earned it.
This is what you take with you. Not the structure of the challenge, not the daily posts, not even the tracker. (Though all of that is here whenever you need it.)
You take the 1% principle and you apply it every day.
Remember, transformation does not happen through massive overnight change. Your nervous system resists that because it reads radical change as a threat and activates accordingly. But 1%, one small, intentional, consistent signal sent to your nervous system about who you are now slips past that resistance every. single. time. And every day that signal compounds. Every day the neural pathway gets a little thicker. Every day the new baseline holds a little more firmly.
So going forward, the question is not how much more can you add.
The question is: what are you already doing that you can keep reinforcing? How can you refine what is already there? And how can you add one new thing, slowly, incrementally, without overloading what you have just spent four weeks building?
Maybe it is extending your morning ritual by ten minutes. Maybe it is finally starting the habit you kept meaning to add in week two. Maybe it is revisiting your blueprint and updating it with everything you now know about yourself that you did not know on Day 1.
Whatever it is, keep it small. Keep it intentional. Keep showing up.
⚜️What comes next inside the Academy⚜️
This challenge was the practical phase of a much larger body of work.
If you have not yet gone through the Intuitive Alchemy Method, the framework everything including this challenge is built on. I encourage you to go through that now. It will give you an even deeper understanding of everything you just experienced. We will be revisiting this challenge again in the fall term with an even more refined iteration. More depth, more tools, more support. Between now and then, summer inside the Academy is going to be lighter, more exploratory, and A LOT of fun. I'm calling it, FUN IN THE SUN. We all deserve a break and some light heartedness. There will be summer classes like Divination and Astrology, summer challenges, lighter studies. You do not want to miss it.
And if you want to keep using your Identity Alchemy Tracker: go into your configuration settings, reset your start date to today or whenever you are ready, and start again from this new baseline. You are not starting over. You are building on top of everything you have already done. ✅HOMEWORK: Your final tasks...
Watch the video inside this post for a full breakdown and explanation of the next steps.
Share your experience of this challenge in the challenge review post. I want to hear what shifted, what surprised you, and who you are leaving this challenge as compared to who showed up on Day 1. That testimony matters. Not just for me to hear, but for you to say out loud. Because saying it makes it real. And it is real.
I am so proud of every single one of you. This is just the beginning. Let's keep building together from here!!
