We are officially at the halfway point of the term and what a journey it has been so far!!

Every house has been putting in the work across the academy and it is all reflecting in the standings.

The competition is real, the gaps are closer than they look, and there is absolutely everything still to play for in the second half of the term.

Do not get comfortable. Do not get discouraged. The Quarter Cup is very much alive.

Every single point on that board has been earned through hard work, dedication and showing up across the academy. Keep pushing, do NOT allow yourselves to go backwards or lose momentum — the second half of the term is where champions are made.

Notice: You earn points by showing up and contributing and providing value to your peers, NOT just during challenges or for completing tasks. You are rewarded for leadership, providing value, encouragement, and support. Your house standings reflect your effort across the whole Academy so dont feel like your points don't matter if you're not up to date with the schedule. You are rewarded and recognized simply for being an active member. Remember that.

Last week's challenge brought out some great effort from those who showed up, and after tallying the responses the winner is the House of Swords!

⚔️ Sharp thinking, swift action and consistent effort carried them to the top!

Well done to every member of Swords who contributed! You represented your house brilliantly.

Cups, Wands, and Pentacles, good effort from those who participated. It was neck and neck. Your contributions did not go unnoticed!!

📌A Word on Participation — This Is Important!!

We need to have an honest conversation.... Week one was SO electric. The energy was there, the houses were fired up, and it showed. But we are now almost at the end of week three and only 3 people have shown up to this week's challenge. Three. That is not a house competing for a cup, that is a handful of people carrying the weight for everyone else.

Part of the agreement when many of you accepted a scholarship was your active and engaged participation. People otherwise pay a lot of money to have access to what you have access to for free. Some people have some issues going on in their lives and that is understandable, but for everyone else who is simply dropping off, I need to remind you that this is a reciprocal relationship. Your progress and growth depends on it and this place only works when you show up, engage, and compete. It is unfair to others to not do so when you agreed to apply and accept the terms of the scholarship. The scholarship was intended for people who were serious about following the structure and guidance and were committed to their growth and development.

This is only going to get harder to turn around the longer it goes on and people inevitably drop off. The Quarter Cup only works if everyone shows up. Your house needs you, your points need you, and frankly the community needs you.

One thoughtful response, one valuable contribution... it all adds up and it all matters. I am assigning points ALL the time for simply engaging with your peers..

We are only halfway through the term. There is still everything to play for. But that only means something if you actually show up. 🔥🔥🔥 LET'S GOOO!!!!! You got this and I'm cheering you on EVERY step of the way!!
