Checking In…

Sorry, I’ve been missing in action y’all! I have been battling an infection in the lymph nodes of my jaw. It has been like torture. You never know how much your head controls the rest of your body until you feel every muscle in your neck ache with pain when your body moves. So I haven’t had any energy to come here. I hope everybody has been well. I’ve been thinking about you all and hope to have some time to check in on the Academy later this evening when I catch up on everything I’ve had to put on pause because I’ve been out of commission.

The right side of my face blew up like a tangerine hanging off the side of my face… so I’ve been experimenting with protocols, but would covet your energetics medicine. I’m making progress, but it seems to be slow.
