Spring Term is a 90-day training cycle focused on Awareness as the foundation of the Intuitive Alchemy Method.
All content, directives, and challenges are aligned to this focus.

Observers who are on the free tier may:
- View weekly trainings (introductory)
- Observe Academy structure and discussions
Observers do NOT have access to:
- Weekly Lessons (core curriculum)
- Weekly Labs (application)
- House Challenges (Quarter Cup)
- House Common Rooms
- Identity Alchemy (final phase)

🏛️ TERM STRUCTURE
The term is delivered in three phases:
PHASE I — CORE CURRICULUM (Weeks 1–7)
Weekly lessons focused on developing awareness across:
- Observation
- Thought patterns
- Behavioral patterns
- Emotional responses
- Environmental influence
- Shadow patterns
- Timeline conditioning
Each lesson builds on the previous.
PHASE II — IDENTITY ALCHEMY (Weeks 8–11)
4-week implementation phase:
- Identity audit
- Pattern disruption
- Identity reconstruction
- Behavioral reinforcement
PHASE III — INTEGRATION (Week 12)
- Consolidation of awareness
- Stabilization of behavioral change
- Preparation for next term

- Introduces the weekly topic
- Provides initial awareness framework
- Accessible to all members
WEEKLY LESSON (Student Access)
- Core curriculum
- Detailed breakdown of the weekly focus
- Instruction on application
WEEKLY LAB (Student Access)
- Structured application of the lesson
- Real-time observation exercises
- Behavioral tracking
HOUSE CHALLENGE (Student Access)
- Weekly directive aligned to the lesson
- Contributes to Quarter Cup standings
- Participation required for points
INTEGRATION
- Reflection and discussion
- Ongoing application throughout the week
🏆 QUARTER CUP INTEGRATION
- Weekly participation contributes to House points
- House Challenges are the primary scoring mechanism
- Consistency across the term impacts standings

Students are expected to:
- Follow the structure
- Complete lessons and labs
- Participate in House challenges
- Engage consistently
Observers may review materials but cannot participate in core components.
