I'm Sarah — a former pharmacy professional, a mum, a chronic illness warrior, and someone who spent years feeling let down by the 'health system'. This community — Introverting With Oils — is the place I wish had existed when I was at my most depleted. It's a space for mums and women who want to support their health naturally, without the overwhelm, the hard sell, or the pressure to be anyone other than exactly who they are. We're a small, intentional community. That's on purpose. I'd rather have a handful of real conversations than a thousand silent members. What's one small win from this week?
For me it was my son showing kindness and thoughtfulness. We were in the kitchen together before school. I added a couple of slices of left over pizza to his lunch box and he asked if he could have an extra peice to give to his friend. I said of "of course you can, that's very kind of you. Is there a particular reason as to why?" He replied "Because he made a deal with another kid the other day, that he would swap a chocolate bar for a slice of pizza. The other kid took the chocolate bar but never gave the pizza in return, so he got scammed! And to make it worse, the teachers wouldn't do anything about it. So i'd like to." I was so proud of him in that moment🥰 What was one small win from your week?
