Stop Reinventing the Wheel
Most of what you’re building already exists. SOPs, templates, tools—you don’t need to start from scratch. Even if they're just "in your head," they do exist. Take a minute to document what you have.
It's often forgotten, but business is really about acquiring assets that generate or help to generate income plus keeping your costs in line so you don't over spend.
Take inventory of the assets you have. Part of those assets are your SOPs, templates, tools, and processes.
Smart entrepreneurs document & customize. Broke ones reinvent or just keep doing what they've always done (unsuccessfully).
