You joined because you are done settling.
Done being dismissed. Done feeling like a stranger in your own body.
Welcome to Your Community
Welcome to the Hormone R.E.S.E.T. Inner Circle — I am so glad you are here.
This community was built because I got tired of watching brilliant, capable women be dismissed, misdiagnosed, and handed a prescription when what they needed was a real answer.
This is the place where you get real answers.
You will learn alongside women who understand exactly what you are going through. You will have access to clinical education, personalized protocols, and a community that actually gets it. And you will never feel alone in this journey again.
To make sure this space stays safe, supportive, and valuable for everyone — please read these guidelines carefully. They are not rules for the sake of rules. They are the foundation that makes this community work.
With love — Megan Hormazi, FNP-BC, FMACP
Our Community Values
Before the rules, the values. Everything here flows from these five things:
1. Respect over perfection.
You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up with kindness.
2. Evidence over ego.
We follow the science. We share what works. We stay open to learning.
3. Privacy over performance.
What is shared here stays here. Full stop.
4. Support over competition.
There is no comparison, no judgment, no 'I had it worse.' We lift each other up.
5. Action over anxiety.
This community is about moving forward — one lab result, one protocol, one small win at a time.
What This Community IS — and Is NOT
âś… This Community IS
• A place to ask clinical and lifestyle questions related to hormones, metabolism, gut health, thyroid, adrenals, and integrative medicine
• A place to share your wins, your struggles, and your progress
• A space to learn from monthly modules, Q&A calls, and lab review guides
• A supportive sisterhood of women committed to taking their health seriously
• A direct line to Megan and the team within the response guidelines below
❌ This Community Is NOT
• A replacement for your personalized medical care
• An emergency service — call 911 if you are experiencing a medical emergency
• A place to receive a diagnosis or have your labs interpreted privately via DM
• A sales platform for outside products, services, or businesses
• A space for political debate or content unrelated to health and wellness

The 10 Community Rules
These rules exist to protect every member of this community — including you.
1
Be Kind. Always.
Every woman here is dealing with something hard. Treat every member the way you would want to be treated on your worst day. Respectful disagreement is welcome. Personal attacks, condescension, and dismissiveness are not. First offense: warning. Repeated offense: permanent removal.
2
Protect Each Other's Privacy.
What is shared in this community stays in this community. Do not screenshot, share, copy, or discuss another member's posts or personal health information outside of this space — ever. This includes social media, other communities, and conversations with friends. Zero tolerance. One violation = permanent removal.
3
No Medical Advice to Other Members.
You may share your personal experience freely. You may NOT tell another member what medication to take, what dose to use, what diagnosis they have, or what treatment to pursue. Leave clinical guidance to Megan and the team. Well-intentioned advice from non-clinicians can cause real harm.
4
Bring Questions to the Community Feed — Not DMs.
Please post health questions in the Ask Megan channel rather than sending private messages to Megan or team members. Your question likely helps others with the same concern. Megan cannot respond to private health questions via DM. All clinical questions go through the community feed or the monthly Q&A call.
5
Submit Q&A Questions 48 Hours in Advance.
To make our monthly live call as valuable as possible, submit your questions in the Q&A Submissions channel at least 48 hours before the scheduled call. Be specific: 'My cortisol is flat all day on my DUTCH — what does that mean and what do I do first?' is better than 'Can you talk about cortisol?' All calls are recorded and posted within 24 hours.
6
No Selling, Promoting, or Spamming.
No promoting your own business, services, or products. No affiliate links. No recommending supplement brands in a promotional way. No recruiting for other programs or communities. If you are a health professional interested in collaboration, contact the team at yourintegrativehealth.com — do not use the community for outreach. One violation = permanent removal. 7
Stay On Topic.
All posts should relate to health, hormones, integrative medicine, mindset, lifestyle, or topics covered in the program curriculum. Off-topic posts will be removed without notice. Repeated off-topic posting may result in suspension.
8
Use the Right Channels.
See the channel guide above. Posting in the wrong channel makes the community harder to navigate for everyone. Posts in the wrong channel will be moved or removed by the moderation team.
9
Introduce Yourself Within Your First Week.
When you join, post a brief introduction in the Introductions channel. You do not have to share anything you are not comfortable sharing. A simple intro might look like: 'Hi, I'm [name] from [city]. I've been dealing with [general issue] for [time]. One thing I'm hoping for is [goal].' This community thrives when members know each other.
10
Respect the Content.
All educational modules, call recordings, protocol guides, and resources in this community are the intellectual property of Your Integrative Health, PC. You may not share, distribute, or resell any content outside this community. You may not screenshot and post content publicly. You may not use content for your own business or teaching purposes without written permission.
Examples: What Good Posts Look Like
To help you feel confident posting, here are examples of posts that are welcome vs. posts that are not.
âś… Encouraged Posts
• Ask Megan channel: 'I just received my DUTCH results and my cortisol is flat all day. I also have low progesterone. Where do I start? Should I address cortisol first or hormones?'
• Lab Talk: 'Has anyone else had elevated beta-glucuronidase on their GI-MAP? Megan mentioned it last month — curious if others have worked on this.'
• Wins: 'I wanted to share — after 6 weeks on the protocol, I slept through the night for the first time in 3 years. I cried this morning. Thank you all.'
• Community Chat: 'Struggling today. Feeling frustrated that the weight is not moving even though everything else is improving. Anyone else been here?'
❌ Posts That Will Be Removed
• Medical advice: 'You definitely have Hashimoto's based on those symptoms. You should be taking LDN and going gluten-free immediately.'
• Promoting products: 'I found this amazing supplement brand that really helped me — here is the link to buy it!'
• Privacy violation: Sharing someone else's post, results, or story outside the community in any form.
• Off-topic: Anything unrelated to health, wellness, or the program curriculum.
When in doubt, ask yourself: Would Megan think this is helpful and appropriate for the community? If yes, post it. If you are not sure, message a moderator first.

Many of you will share things here you have never told anyone.
Not your spouse. Not your doctor. Not your best friend.
That takes courage.
