Stepping into Practice
This section is designed to guide you gently and responsibly from theory into hands-on Hijama. It focuses on how to practise, when to practise, and just as importantly, when not to.
You’ll learn the practical flow of Hijama step by step — from preparing your space, to dry and moving cupping, to wet Hijama and aftercare — all taught with safety, intention, and restraint.
This is not about rushing into blades or treating everyone.
It’s about building confidence, calmness, and good judgement.
