Day 12 homework

For context, I work as a realtor in a new construction golf community. So the majority of my content is to get homebuyers and realtors to come purchase a home.

So the three ideas I have for content are as followed

1) so for Halloween I was thinking of doing a mini series of three separate videos of Dr. evil from Austin powers, Gru from the minions, and maybe uncle Fester from the Addams family and each of them are gonna call into my office asking me about buying a home in a golf community in Florida.

And I will be answering the phone speaking to myself in in the video playing one of those other characters over the phone.

2 ) the second video I was thinking about doing is for Black Friday with a promotional sale, with maybe this particular video being a call to action to get some homebuyers attention.

3 ) lastly I was thinking about doing one for the holidays, particularly Santa Claus dropping off gifts at one of the homes we are selling in the community and realizing he wants to buy a house on a golf course, with the next shot of him playing on the golf course, living the lifestyle

These are my three ideas any feedback or tweaks you think I should do let me know!
