This will last atleast 2 days WITH A LACE BAND EVERY NIGHT It does hold up VERY WELL when sweating. I will sometimes use this for fly aways and frizz if I don’t have the Ebin Platnium Adhesive Spray. Again these both dry MATTE you will not get that shiny look like normal holding sprays.
