Today, IS the very best DAY. Because, it's always "today."
It's Friday, depending on what side of the world you woke up on today.
HAPPY FRIIIIIDAAAAYYY!!!
(You're here. You're alive. You are growing and glowing today.)
And, as Winnie the Pooh said it best,
“What day is it?” asked Pooh. “It’s today,” squeaked Piglet. “My favorite day,” said Pooh.
Today, that's all we have.
That's a powerful sentiment.
That's a powerful position.
That's power in our hands.
And, we can do and be anything, TODAY.
No one stops us.
No one is our master.
WE... are what says, goes.
I am grateful I am alive today.
I am thankful for my body to move through the world and experience another day.
I am so grateful for my circumstances, opportunities flood all around me and you, daily.
I am so blessed to have others who love me and whom I love.
But, today, I can look at my computer screen, the contacts in my phone, and the work I have lined out today and say:
"I'm going to make a difference in God's work, in my wife's life, my childrens' lives, my clients' lives, and my own life today, the very best I can."
The most favorite thing I do each day is GIVE IT GO GOD.
I kneel.
I pray.
I say:
"In all that I get to do today, guide me to be thy hands and be thy feet, to serve others...."
I listen.
I do.
I return often.
The is the best way to spend the day.
Because, TODAY is the only DAY we have.
And, it's a glorious day to try... again.
