I wrote this About section this way on purpose. So you know I write with substance and won't waste your time. Or mine.
In 2017 I knew a lot about wellness, and nobody gave me a dime. I lost money, time, and felt like a failure. Companies undervalued everything I offered, as if health work couldn't pay like an engineer's.
What, is the engineer not human?
Now I'm one of the first Chief Wellness Officers in finance, which sounds impressive. For me, it just feels good to have bet on wellness when no one took it seriously.
