This group is for young, ambitious men who want to end their dopamine addiction so they can start crushing their goals and building the life they dream of.
If you're here, something is ruining your life (or at least making it worse). It can be video games, social media, porn, junk food—you name it. You know it's bad for you. You know it's harming your life. But, you feel like you can't stop.
The good news is: you can overcome this. It takes two things:
• Identify what behaviors or substances are causing you problems,
• Abstain from those behaviors or substances for at least 30 days.
We'll help you do that.
