Alright y'all I've been deep in some internal processes that included a physical surgery and some end of year contemplations.
One of the things I'm recommitting to this year is this space- and the cultivation of a community of curious and courageous explorers of self who are pioneering the exploration of what I believe is the last frontier: our Selves.
