Hi All.... ! I've been away for a little bit. Back to focus. Love and Authenticity is the new currency. Be you Authentically... If that you isnt a danger to yourself or another. BE YOU! continue to be a kind loving and empathetic to Yourselves and others.... without losing yourself or exhausting yourself. Balance. When you encounter these... or you find your self on any of these channels or pages... go within change perception. ⬇️🔽 Complainer Someone who's confused and cant figure something out... so they Complain... they are frustrated. They don't see the good in all... change perception Worry wart They are saying... I don't know the outcome, so ill adopt the worst scenario. Woe is me.... nothing ever goes right. Change vocabulary... find the beauty in self. Retreat from the external... cease comparing self. Gossiping Run like a track star. You will contaminate your soul. Do run. Express that you'd rather not discuss someone who isn't present... boundaries are key. Find their good qualities and focus on those. Open to suggestions to more types and personalities and how to assist them Change perceptions and limiting beliefs.
