MoM !!WINS!! : Today I got a priceless message from my youngest, from work- “You’ve made it halfway through your day with WJAB 90.9FM Jazz.” The timing, relevance, and unexpected humor erupted a sudden and spontaneous laughter in me. We used to DoorDash together, and this announcement would play throughout our shift. Sometimes well before the halfway mark; sometimes even wayyy after. Sometimes it made no sense. But it made the playbook of things we say to each other. You see, you can’t buy this kind of joy, and you certainly can’t teach it. That^^ is what my wonderful world is made up of.
