I am Dr. Maria Malayter, creator of the Influential Leaders Collective, leadership expert & coach, consultant, award-winning professor, and speaker. My study of leadership started in high school when I was given the book "I Dare You" by William Danforth, the founder of Purina Foods. His book inspired me to lead a lifelong career in coaching and teaching leadership development and career advancement. I now lead a consulting / coaching firm, Innovations in Change LLC, and a nonprofit, the Do What You Love Foundation, 501(c)3. We inspire leaders to make positive changes to advance in life and grow their organizations.
