If you try to “act” like someone else while doing sales, it is exhausting… - Open every cold or inbound triage call like you are talking to your best friend about an exciting time you guys are doing tonight.  - Record your conversations and replay to level up your game. In particular, record some calls with close friends to match the same tonality/energy for making sales calls as you do with friends - though add a little more energy to the sales call. Professional athletes do this, copy them, and you will be a professional at your craft.
