Governments Don't Have an AI Problem. It's a Leadership Imperative.
The title of our blog post this morning and I am becoming increasingly aware of how badly some communities at large are unprepared for what is right around the corner. Government, Industry, post secondary education and tech (among others) need to have a plan and structural framework to support innovation. The other major challenge is the speed that government tends to act. I'd suggest it is already late in the game for most. Thoughts?

Executive AI Roadmap
I'm getting excited about our Executive AI Roadmap, this should prove to be a definitive guide for Executive planning. The Executive AI Roadmap is a practical framework that helps leaders turn AI from experimentation into measurable business value. It provides a clear path to assess readiness, redesign work, govern responsible adoption, and build the capabilities needed for long-term success. Organizations that approach AI strategically—not tactically—will be better positioned to improve productivity, strengthen competitiveness, and lead through one of the most significant business transformations of our time. Stay tuned and you will receive a complimentary copy when it is available.
