16/55 ppl replied almost immediately; 29% response rate is pretty good imo :)

The other ppl may be busy or just haven't seen it yet or just don't really care - that's alright

I was expecting only a 20% response rate so that's already better than I thought it would be.

I asked what was more relevant: confidence in offer; outreach; or content

Almost everyone said 1 and 2

she told me I have a tendency to come in with too much intensity and I should try to connect emotionally / support first; then gently raise my energy level to match what ppl are comfortable with

Rather than coming in with chaos bolts and electrocuting the entire group lol

Alright I'm listening. I'm gonna switch to orange for a while (phone case and sheets). That's the color of emotional support to me.

I will try to MATCH the vibe of my group and gradually raise the energy level to a comfortable/sustainable level.

I do have a tendency to wanna blitz to the abso - fuckin - lute maximum but I'll just put that energy into my outreach.

Ellie is right: a good coach shows you support. Gentle when you need to be. Stimulating when that's desirable.

Everyone else prob just has other things going on and it doesn't seem like high ticket coaching is really a huge PRIORITY right now. Life happens. Still figuring things out. Putting all the puzzle pieces together.

Others have said their offer is pretty solid but dming their community may feel a bit weird or they are not exactly wanting to fully activate their community.

I think the way you feel about your dms is the way you feel when other leaders dm you. Can be easy to have a negative/avoidant feeling towards dms.

But I have a love for the dms. I put love into my dms and the ones who are willing to respond are the ones who are really the most open to you anyway.

One guy wants to hire me but needs to come up with the funds. Another several are still working on optimizing the high ticket offer.

But anyway once the offer is clear; you just have to run it. Test it out. Message everyone in your group something casual. Ask for advice.

People like to talk about themselves and when you interview them or poll them for info they are usually happy to give it to you.

Assessing someone's needs for high ticket can seem scary. It's not that big of a deal. They already enjoy ur content; you can just give them even faster momentum. It should feel fun not like pulling teeth.

But if ur too afraid to ever message ur list; u could be missing out on connections. Personally if a leader doesn't message me ever; and I start feeling bored in their group, I'm way more likely to just leave.

I actually kind of want ppl to message me. Not in a salesy way but in a supportive way. Some ppl never even try to get to know you.

Or it's just a bossy or authoritative coach.

I don't make demands of you. Stay or leave. It's all good. I'm just looking for the winners on here who are ready to make moves.

As far as #2: your pitch and outreach strategy:

All you can do is activate your list and ask for referrals. It doesn't take that long to do it. I dripped 10 dms at a time 6 times. I waited about an hour every 10 dms.

The ppl who look at your content are still following you. Some ppl just drop in every once and a while.

Your greatest chance of getting a client is when it's still hot and they are still following you or at least check in to your group daily or a few times a week.

I think for me here that still is around 10-30% i don't exactly know.

So all you can do is hurry up and get new ppl in.

That's when ur outreach strategy reigns supreme.

If ur not growing you are decaying.

So today I didn't do as much outreach (still did 100 comments) but usually it's 300. I did get the most dms ever in my life today so that's good.

And I'm happy to mastermind with more ppl; I'm grateful 2 ppl want to mastermind w/ me.

One person wants to hire me (at least).

30% are willing to talk to me at least.

I'm grateful for that!!
