Art Tip - Lose Saturation ➡️ Gain Clarity

Things can get very distracting and confusing in your art, especially when there’s lots of colors happening🌈❤️💚💜💛

This is where DESATURATION is very helpful!

When you remove the color in your art, you see pure VALUES ( blacks, whites, and greys)

This is useful when you want to only see the pure design without the distraction of color.

You can see how effective this technique is in the attached images.

This can be done on your phone, Photoshop, or Canva. ( look for the ‘saturation’ sliders in any app)
