Lost in translation!!
🚜 From the Operator’s Seat to the Development Table
I’ve spent 13+ years operating heavy equipment on real land development and commercial construction projects — not theory, not YouTube talk, but dirt, deadlines, and decision-making that costs real money.
Over time, I realized something important:
👉 The people doing the work rarely get a seat at the table where projects, capital, and long-term value are created.
👉 And the people with capital rarely get an unfiltered look at how jobs actually succeed or fail on the ground.
This community exists to close that gap.
