Hiring Appointment Setters - Roofing Industry - Remote

We are a residential roofing company based in Texas. We are expanding our outbound calling team and looking for experienced appointment setters to join us.

About The Role

You will be calling homeowners in our target markets across Texas and Oklahoma, using a provided script, to book free roof inspections. This is 100 percent outbound calling. No selling, no closing, just booking qualified appointments.

Who We Are Looking For

US, Canada or international callers with your own dialer and a reliable phone system already set up. Comfortable making high volume calls daily. Clear spoken English. Previous appointment setting or cold calling experience preferred but not required if you can demonstrate the skill.

Pay Structure

This is a performance based role structured in milestones.

First 10 booked and confirmed appointments: $500

Next 10 booked and confirmed appointments: $600

Continuing up to $1000 as volume and consistency increase
