🚀 HIRING: Appointment Setter | $6K–$7K/mo OTE | Remote
We're a growth partner for US home-service contractors. We build and run their entire client acquisition system so they can stay focused on the job instead of chasing leads.
We're hiring experienced setters to call back leads who've already replied to our SMS campaigns, qualify them, and book them and make sure they show up to the call.
What you'll do:
- Call back leads daily who responded to our outreach
- Hit ~100 dials/day
- Qualify prospects and book solid appointments + get them to show up
- Keep the CRM clean and up to date
The commitment:
- 4–5 hours per day, during US calling hours
- 5 times a week
Pay: $6K–$7K OTE per month (average deal worth $1500-4000, 15% commission).
