Conversion rates vary from person to person, depending on your exit strategies and skills on the phone. That said, a realistic benchmark is converting 1 in 20β30 leads.
As for CPL (Cost Per Lead), we're running at around $25 semi-nationwide β though this can shift based on the size of your target audience and how competitive your market is. Generally speaking, the larger your target audience, the lower your CPL.
The biggest lever you can control? Your phone skills. The leads are there β the conversion is where the game is won.
