You Become What You Practice and Repeat 💯
✨Reflection Wednesday✨ 🌟 Impost-HER Syndrome can knock us off track but it's never too late to start back or start over‼️ ✔️Reflection: Name one habit you had that was beneficial to you that you wish you hadn't stopped. ✔️Empowerment: Take the first step today and get back on track. ✔️Mindset Shifting: A small step is still a move forward. 💥CTA: Comment below your habit for this week.
You have the power to own your time...don't let distractions own you!
✨Reflection Wednesday✨ This week, let’s flip the script on distractions. Your inner critic whispers: “You’ll never manage it all. You’re running behind.” 💜 Truth: You have the power to own your time instead of letting distractions own you. Here are 5 ways to block your focus time: 1️⃣ Add a recurring “Focus Block” to your calendar. 2️⃣ Turn on Do Not Disturb to silence distractions. 3️⃣ Create a physical signal, like headphones or a closed door. 4️⃣ Try time-chunking (30, 60 or 90-minute deep work). 5️⃣ Share your focus goal with an accountability partner. 💜 R.E.M. Reflection: Which one will you commit to this week? Flipping the script: 🔹 Instead of “I don’t have enough time,” say → “I choose how to invest my time.” 🔹 Instead of “I can’t focus,” say → “I’m creating time to be focused and intentional.” 🔹 Instead of letting notifications, or emails run your day → set boundaries that protect your priorities. Drop in the comment a distraction you faced this week and what you're going to do to reclaim your time.
Pause. Breathe. Remember who you are.
✨Reflection Wednesday✨ Stillness is where your true voice gets louder than your inner critic. Hearing your true voice allows you to find clarity. Reflection is not wasted time so give yourself permission to pause. 📝 Question: What does stillness reveal to you today? Action Step: Take 5 minutes before your day is over to sit without distractions. No phone. No music. No tv. Just sit still and breathe!! Write down one word or phrase that came through in that silence.

Own Your Narrative...
✨Reflection Wednesday✨ Today, let’s pause and ask: 🌟 Am I letting my inner critic write my story, or am I the author of my own narrative⁉️ 🚀 Action Step: Share one sentence below that you would write if you were narrating your journey today. 🗣️ Start with: “I am the person who…” ✨Too often, Impostor Syndrome tricks us into living by someone else’s script—one written with doubt, comparison, or unrealistic expectations. ✨But your story is yours to tell, and you have the power to shape how it unfolds. 💯 💡 Affirmation: I reclaim the pen. My story is powerful, and I decide how it is told.
