Here are 5 ways to block your focus time:
1️⃣ Add a recurring “Focus Block” to your calendar.
2️⃣ Turn on Do Not Disturb to silence distractions.
3️⃣ Create a physical signal, like headphones or a closed door.
4️⃣ Try time-chunking (30, 60 or 90-minute deep work).
5️⃣ Share your focus goal with an accountability partner.
