How I turned my time into money - FREE resource!
Time is one of our most valuable assets and yet we can get caught up in all of our little tasks that we lose focus on how we are spending the majority of our time. I created this 'Efficiency Time Sheet' as a resource to be able to first understand how we are spending our time day to day and two to highlight key areas where we could be more efficient.
For Example, you are the manager of a clothing store. You know when you spend time on the floor selling the more revenue you bring in because you are not only the best sales person on the team but you can also better support your team members in closing and adding on to their sales. But yet, when you look at your day after writing it down, you see that you spend the majority of your time doing administrative tasks like replying to customer inquiry emails and/or answering phone calls, which don't nearly bring in as much value as being on the sales floor. Knowing this, now allows you to efficiently delegate tasks or implement better systems that alleviate those administrative tasks and allow you to focus on what brings in the most revenue, selling clothes.
