Today's learning lesson
Started re-reading the book 'Traction' by Gino Wickman, and one thing he wrote that really stuck out to me today was "delegate to elevate" - how true is it that we are often our biggest hurdle? And if we simply asked for help or asked the questions when we needed it, we could get further ahead faster.
