Unity versus Disunity
Listening to one of Kain Ramsay's courses today (I will slowly put links in the classroom to his outstanding Modern Applied Psychology courses) Unity versus Disunity was the topic.
Unity being working to understand the other person/organization
Disunity being to disprove their point of view and to "win the debate/argument".
(PS, Unity is not agreeing, it is working together to understand the others' point of view).
How do you endeavor to be a person of unity, even in a small way?
