I am genuinely grateful and honored that you joined the IMC community in this early stage!
One thing I have noticed over the years is that many coaches and lifelong learners do not necessarily need more information.
Often the challenge is discovering how many different experiences, perspectives, and learnings fit together in a way that feels more coherent, alive, and useful in everyday life.
My hope is that you may find one or two ideas inside the IMC Skill Game and the Movement Challenge that support your own exploration.
