This space is for coaches and parents who want to practice Self-Leadership in real life — through movement, friction, responsibility, family, work, coaching and change.

The Friction Threshold Skill Training alone is one of the core trainings inside IMC.
It helps you recognize movement, friction, protection patterns, capacity and the next natural step — so you can move through real life with more skill and less friction.
The weekly Collab Call gives you a regular space to connect, reflect, ask questions, and stay in movement with the Camp.
This is a good fit if you want to grow with IMC from the beginning and be part of the early foundation of the Camp.
It is not a good fit if you only want to collect more content and never apply it.
IMC is a practice field.
