On the authority of Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
"The best of you are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it."
Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'Indeed, these hearts are vessels, so occupy them with the Qur'an, and do not occupy them with anything else.'
Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'Honey is a cure for every [physical] ailment, and the Qur'an is a cure for what is in the hearts.'
