What is the ONE deeply held belief that is holding you back?
We ALL have 'em – those sneaky, limiting beliefs whispering doubts in our ears, holding us back from our true potential. 🤫
For a long time, mine sounded like: "I'm not 'expert' enough to teach others about marketing or advanced AI systems." But I have 20+ years of crazy experience (from start-ups to Fortune/Global organizations and I teach advanced digital marketing and AI at Wharton!) Crazy, right? But it kept me from sharing my knowledge and experiences for years.
Maybe yours sounds like...
- "I'm not [smart/talented/experienced] enough to..."
- "I'll never be able to afford [dream/goal]..."
- "People like me don't get to..."
Here's the thing:
These beliefs are often learned, NOT true, and MOST importantly, they can be CHANGED. 💪
My challenge to this community:
Let's shine a light on these sneaky saboteurs and rewire our thinking!
➡️ In the comments, share:
- What's ONE limiting belief you're actively working on reframing RIGHT NOW? (Be specific!)
- What's ONE ACTIONABLE STEP you're taking to challenge that belief? (Think: New habit, resource, mindset shift, etc.)
By getting vulnerable and sharing our journeys, we can support each other, gather powerful strategies, and break free from those self-imposed limits. 🚀
P.S. Want to know the ONE step that helped me overcome my fear of not being "expert" enough? I hit PUBLISH to this post anyway! 😉 Now it's your turn!
