Hi everyone as you know this week I was one of the featured keynotes at the MDRT global conference in Macau, China! What an amazing event! I learned as much as I shared (like how ChatGPT isn’t accessible, so I used Deepseek and Manus instead!)

My keynote was focused on practical tips for Financial Service providers to level up their business safely and responsibly with AI. Here are a few use cases that resonated the most:

AI Voice Agent for every business - imagine have it a lead generating business development agent answering every call, answering questions and even suggesting sales calls to the right prospects. This can allow companies to shift the receptionist work to high value work for the business.
