Introduction
I'm Terence Andre. I spent 25 years in the Air Force as an engineer/research scientist and 18 years in industry as a principal organizational consultant before being 're-directed' (don't use the word 'retired'--smile) a few months ago to my own LLC business (www.arc1llc.com) where I mentor cadets at the Air Force Academy in their research and capstone project pursuits. My 'why' nearly every day I can is this: Simplify complexity, build trust, and lift the human spirit. I've been married for 38 years to my high school sweetheart and have 6 of the cutest grandkids you will ever meet-smile.
