Throwback Thursday !! The Spirit of the Drum is a healer, a liberator, and a unifier. The African Drum was banned in the United States and some parts it still is banned. Those that dedicate their life to the drum are very special, please show them love and let the spirit of the drum be with you always in all ways!!

This is an interview with one of my very dedicated and gift students @madzimoyoola. At the conclusion of his intense 4 Year Drum Training program from ages 14 to 18. He now is currently at Howard University doing amazing things! The Spirit of the drum lives on.
