"Love yourself first" is a Cliche saying for a reason I was the hardest person I found to love.But once I figured out how to love myself, it changed how I viewed my addiction.S

If you're not able to take it day by day.That's okay!! Maybe you can only take it minute by minute.... or second by second. But if you can make it for ten more seconds, then you can make it for ten more seconds, and that will turn into you've fully made it!!!
