Emotional intelligence is not about controlling others. It is about understanding ourselves well enough that our emotions become guides rather than governors. When the world feels loud, emotional intelligence helps us hear our own wisdom. When circumstances feel unfair, emotional intelligence helps us respond with purpose instead of impulse. When division grows, emotional intelligence reminds us that strength and compassion can coexist.

The focus of my Introverted MasterMIND is and always will be EI (emotional intelligence) of POC. I am keenly aware of the challenges we continue to face. More importantly, emotional intelligence is not the absence of outrage—it is the ability to direct outrage with wisdom. I will use every resource available to guide us through this process of self-actualization. I’ve done the work and honored to teach.
