Breathe.
Breath is consciousness! What do you lose first when you stop breathing? Brainwaves? Pulse? It’s consciousness. It’s not “just” air you’re breathing, it’s consciousness, the source, the life breath.
Your exercise: Breathe in through your nose as deep as you can, as long as you can, as if you’re filling your lungs and your stomach. Then breathe out through your mouth as long as you can until all the air is gone and your chest and stomach are completely deflated. Repeat & watch your energy flow!
