I have been Indian cooking—both traditional and gluten-free—for many years, rooted in age-old practices that honour digestion and overall well-being. My journey began in my own kitchen, where I learned to adapt classic Indian recipes into gut-friendly versions without losing their authentic flavors. Through years of learning and experimenting, I discovered new ways to cook using mindful techniques, healing spices, and wholesome ingredients.
While caring for my family, I prepared all of my children’s favorite dishes, thoughtfully adjusting recipes to meet their needs. This hands-on experience deepened my understanding of how food can nourish, comfort, and heal. Alongside this, I ran a catering business, serving balanced and consciously prepared Indian meals while managing family life.
