The course on opening the internal senses (a self hypnosis training protocol as well as a protocol for aphantasia), is now ready to start recording. So I should be starting that tomorrow and finishing off the basic mesmerism course. More to follow. We will also be adding in some exercises to develop the skills needed for mesmerism and fascination. And podcasts will be starting soon with other experts in the field.

This is a little clip from the BBC on the placebo where they talk about hypnosis. “Hypnosis may not be the only way to get a placebo effect without deception, but it’s certainly an excellent way to do that. You can think of it as an extra strength non-deceptive placebo.” — BBC Horizon I think it would be wise along side the self hypnosis/hypnotherapy/mesmerism stuff that I will be putting up over the next weeks and months if I build a course for people to use control of the placebo themselves.
