If your thoughts about food had a volume button, how loud would yours be right now?
🙉 Constant background noise
🚚 Comes and goes
😇 Only when you’re actually hungry
A lot of the time, it’s not just about what we’re eating, it’s how much space food is taking up in our mind.

The planning
The ‘should I/shouldn’t I’
Just notice it today. No need to change anything.
Because when that noise starts to quieten, everything else becomes easier
