A little thought for today 👀
If your thoughts about food had a volume button, how loud would yours be right now?
🙉 Constant background noise
🚚 Comes and goes
😇 Only when you’re actually hungry
A lot of the time, it’s not just about what we’re eating, it’s how much space food is taking up in our mind.
The thinking
The planning
The ‘should I/shouldn’t I’
Just notice it today. No need to change anything.
Because when that noise starts to quieten, everything else becomes easier
(We’ll be starting to work on this in the Reset session on Thursday 9th April 🤍)
