📊 Why 10% Should Be Your Minimum Conversion Rate
If 5% of homeowners sell this year and another 5% are planning to sell next year, then at least 10% of the people you speak to should become leads. If your conversion rate is lower than that, it doesn’t mean you’re failing — it just means your scripting needs work and you need more role play. Every convo counts. The right words = more leads.
