And It's A Wrap!
This group will be closing its doors on on June 30. While there is a lot of content that we keep putting out, we haven't (to be completely transparent) solved the puzzle of how to make this an engaged community. So, we decided to pause our activity here for now. There's always a slight chance we may reactivate it later. It's been a fantastic journey sharing personal development tips, experiences, and supporting each other's growth. We're incredibly grateful for the community we've built here, and would like to keep in touch with your on our social media channels: Here's what's next: - We'll be continuing the conversation on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@hustlelesslivemore. There, you'll find inspiring content, challenges, and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals. - Head over to our website where you'll find a treasure trove of articles, guides, and templates to fuel your personal development journey. While this group is closing (it may be re-opened in the future!), the learning and growth never have to stop! We look forward to seeing you continue your path on our social media platforms and website. As for the Hustle Less & Live More team, we're busily preparing our upcoming workshop for high-potential managers & executives at Salesforce. In the meantime, feel free to share your favorite memories or well wishes for the future in the comments below!

Alternative Therapy Options - Part IV: Art Therapy
Looking for a way to boost your mental well-being? Art therapy might be the answer. It's a form of therapy that utilizes creative expression through art materials to explore emotions and experiences that can be difficult to communicate with words. Art therapy is a safe and supportive space for individuals of all ages and artistic abilities. Recent studies have shown promising results for art therapy's effectiveness. A study published in Cureus found that cancer patients who participated in guided art therapy sessions experienced a decrease in negative emotions and a rise in positive emotions, highlighting the potential for art therapy to improve psychological well-being [insert reference to the study here, e.g., "A literature review on art therapy...Cureus"]. Art therapy can be a powerful tool for managing stress, anxiety, and depression, fostering self-esteem, and promoting emotional resilience. If you're interested in exploring art therapy, consider reaching out to a certified art therapist. They can help you tap into your creativity and unlock the healing potential of art.

Alternative Therapy Options - Part VI: Breathwork
Known for thousands of years with many ancient tribes, it only emerged 'again' in modern times in the US in the 1960's. Shaw-Metz's (2023: "Coming up for air: Breathwork practice for stress management in the healthcare setting") description of breathwork is on point: "Breathing techniques, or breathwork, is a complementary modality that encourages controlled intentional breathing designed to interrupt the cycle of stress and promote the relaxation response. Breathwork is a safe, practical, and easily accessible modality for use in any healthcare setting, daily practice, or during a sudden onset of acute psychological distress." While you can do breathwork at home, the effects are typically accelerated when doing it in a group setting. Simply look for 'breathwork session near me' in Google, and you'll probably find some providers. Ideally, there is at least one facilitator in addition to the person leading the session (typically groups of 10 or more). Let us know: have you done breathwork before? What came up for you when you did it?

Alternative Therapy Options - Part V: Biomagnetism
First 'discovered' by Isaac Goiz Duran, a Mexican doctor, it is a ground-breaking alternative treatment method for bacteria, viruses, and pathogens. Personally, I've a strong connection with it. It didn't just help me get rid of several allergies (garlic, hazelnut, gluten, lactose, eggs, broccoli) but I've also partnered with someone in the past, and then helped introduce that kind of healing modality to 100+ people in Austria and the United Arab Emirates. In 100% of the treatments, we've seen either an improvement of the health status of the person or symptoms completely disappear. While a lot of the background of this research is in Spanish, more and more people around the world offer this treatment as training becomes more widely available. There are no known side effects and Dr. Isaac Goiz has published many clinical studies showing the improvement of the blood after biomagnetism sessions. Dr. Isaac Goiz Duran is still a practicing doctor. If you are ever in Mexico City, I can highly recommend checking out his practice. A simple Google Search makes for a quick find.
