- Turn your phone off latest 1h before going to bed
- Read a book (best natural sleeping pill!)
- Meditate
- Listen to calming music or binaural beats that are focused on calming the mind. A simple search on YouTube for 'binaural beats sleep' brings quite some good results.
- Write down your thoughts about the day
