Your realistic week is the one you hit the most often It's sustainable and honest.
Your minimum week is the smallest version of success, even on your worst week you can achieve this.
When success has more than one version your brain stops defaulting to "I failed, I'll try again next week." It keeps you moving instead of starting over. None of us need more ways to notice failure, we need more ways to win!
