Pre-Challenge Habits Explanation (Part 1)
I'm gonna explain 3 out of 10 habits that are included in this 10/10 10 (October) challenge! 1️⃣ 10 Minutes of Movement Purpose: To energize the body, improve circulation, and boost mood. How: Dedicate just 10 minutes daily for light to moderate movement. Examples: brisk walking, stretching, yoga, exercising, dancing, climbing stairs. Benefit: Keeps your body active, reduces stiffness, and builds consistency in exercise. 2️⃣10 Healthy Food Habits Purpose: To build a sustainable, balanced diet. How: Pick 10 healthy food habit you want to practice throughout the challenge, you can apply just 1 habit in 1 day, its up to you. Examples: eat whole foods, watch portions, eat slowly, reduce sugar & salt, don’t skip meals, Benefit: Supports weight management, energy, and long-term health. 3️⃣10 Glasses of Water Purpose: To maintain hydration for brain function, digestion, and overall health. How: Spread 10 glasses (≈2–2.5L) throughout the day. Benefit: Boosts energy, clears toxins, improves skin, aids weight loss, and prevents overeating.
